Transportation in Sothern California is a mess, but at least once a year it hits bottom – literally… Every July in Laguna Niguel, CA – the Annual Mooning of Amtrak takes place. This ritual reared its head in 1979 as a friendly bet and today there are thousands of people partaking in the event every year, and although the city did try to crack down on the event this year – 1,000 mooners were still able to show their Gluteus Maximus as the trains passed.
